5.2. Dahewenxues is not liable for any costs incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

7.2. We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, accidents, personal injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.

7.3. Any disputes or claims must be directed to the respective cruise operator.

8.1. We are not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
